Job summary

CWILL is seeking a hands-on Social Media lead to own strategy and execution across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Reddit. You will write, film, post, and engage in comments, shaping the channel from zero to a scalable function. You’ll run the content engine with AI tools to maximize reach and pipeline impact.

The role demands 5+ years in social media, strong YouTube and Reddit experience, and excellent written English with a clear voice for B2B SaaS. Starting pay is 80–120K with bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social media with track record
• Hands-on Reddit experience with credibility
• Hands-on YouTube experience and channel growth
• Senior but still a maker, IC capable
• Fluent with AI tooling for content production
• Excellent written English with real voice
• Comfortable in ambiguity in a startup setting

Responsibilities

• Channel strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Reddit and more, with win plans for each
• Develop YouTube from zero: format, cadence, production approach
• Engage Reddit credibly, participate in relevant communities
• Improve organic visibility in AI search, earn citations by AI assistants
• Build a content engine using AI tools to scale without extra headcount
• Report on reach, engagement, pipeline impact and discard what underperforms
