CubeSmart is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Media to lead the day-to-day social function across organic and paid channels. Reporting to the Director, Content & Social Strategy, this role is the operational heart of CubeSmart's social presence.

The ideal candidate is a social-native marketer who combines strategy with execution—data-driven, creatively confident, and able to brief creators, manage campaigns, and build a forward-looking content calendar tied to business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in social media marketing, including paid social budget ownership
• Experience managing creator/influencer programs
• Experience mentoring at least one direct report
• Proven ability to grow audience and engagement

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain organic social strategy across platforms
• Own the social content calendar end-to-end
• Ensure platform-native content for each channel
• Manage community engagement and brand voice
• Lead paid social budget allocation and campaign strategy
• Build and manage CubeSmart's creator/UGC program
• Lead analytics reporting on reach, engagement, and paid performance
