Job summary

Brassica + Northstar Restaurant Group seeks a hands-on Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day execution and growth of our social channels and online presence. You will blend creative content with strategic campaigns to build brand awareness, reach new audiences, and drive restaurant traffic.

The role combines strategy development with hands-on content creation, paid advertising across Meta & Google, and ongoing optimization to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on social media and digital marketing for consumer-facing brands.
• Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies with measurable results.
• Experience supporting a growing consumer brand through market expansion or new openings.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, video production, editing, copywriting, and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated social media and digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and drive restaurant traffic.
• Lead digital marketing efforts supporting new restaurant openings and market expansion with geo-targeted campaigns.
• Independently plan, shoot, edit, and publish photography, short-form video, and written content reflecting our brands.
• Own and grow digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, Yelp, and emerging platforms.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising across Meta, Google, and other platforms with careful budget management and testing.
• Strengthen local search visibility through SEO and Google Business Profile management.
• Develop campaigns for restaurant promotions, new menu introductions, catering, recruiting, and other priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
• Identify trends and opportunities, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
