Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing for consumer-facing brands.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategies delivering measurable results beyond follower growth.
• Experience supporting a growing consumer brand through market expansion, new openings, or customer acquisition.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute integrated social media and digital marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness, engage guests, and drive restaurant traffic.
• Lead digital marketing for new openings and market expansion with geographically targeted campaigns.
• Independently plan, shoot, edit, write, and publish high-quality photography, short-form video, and written content.
• Own and grow Brassica's digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, Yelp, and emerging platforms.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, including budget management and performance analysis.
• Strengthen local search visibility through SEO, Google Business Profile management, and other discovery channels.
• Execute targeted campaigns supporting promotions, new menu introductions, catering, recruiting, and other priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify emerging trends and opportunities to improve reach and engagement, collaborating with operations and leadership to align marketing with business objectives.
