Job summary

Brassica + Northstar Restaurant Group seeks a hands-on Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day execution and growth of our social channels and online presence. You will translate strategy into creative content and measurable results, while independently managing campaigns from concept to completion.

You'll develop integrated campaigns, shoot and edit photography and video, and optimize ads across Meta and Google.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing for consumer brands.
• Proven ability to translate marketing performance into measurable business results.
• Experience supporting expansion into new markets or openings.
• Strong photography, videography, editing, copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience independently managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with local SEO, Google Business Profiles, and digital discovery strategies preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated social media and digital marketing campaigns that strengthen brand awareness, deepen guest engagement, and drive restaurant traffic.
• Lead digital marketing efforts supporting new restaurant openings and market expansion with geographically targeted campaigns.
• Independently plan, shoot, edit, write, and publish high-quality photography, short-form video, and written content reflecting our brands.
• Own and grow our digital presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, Yelp, and emerging platforms.
• Develop, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms, including budget management and performance analysis.
• Strengthen local search visibility through SEO, Google Business Profile management, and other digital discovery channels.
• Develop and execute targeted campaigns supporting promotions, new menu introductions, catering, recruiting, and other priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Identify trends and opportunities to reach guests and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, culinary, and leadership teams to align marketing with business objectives.
