Northstar Cafe + Brassica is seeking a hands-on Senior Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager to lead day-to-day social media execution and digital growth in Columbus, Ohio. You will craft compelling content, manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google, and optimize SEO and local listings to grow brand awareness and restaurant traffic.

The role blends strategy and execution, requiring strong creative instincts and analytical thinking.

Competenze

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and digital marketing for consumer-facing brands.
• Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies with measurable results.
• Experience supporting a growing consumer brand through new-market expansion or new location openings.
• Strong portfolio showing photography, video production, editing, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Proven experience independently managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of analytics, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Experience with local SEO and Google Business Profiles is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to turn ideas into action.
