Fieldguide is hiring a Senior Social Media & Content Manager to lead our social strategy and content calendar, translating audit and assurance topics into compelling formats, and coordinating with product and marketing to amplify our voice across platforms.

You will repurpose long-form assets into social-native formats, craft byline series and campaigns, and own scalable content systems while partnering with demand gen and communications teams.

Qualifications

• Deep, hands-on social media experience leading a brand's organic strategy.
• Ability to translate complex subject matter into scroll-stopping social formats.
• Strong visual storytelling and formatting for carousels and short videos.
• Curious, collaborative team player open to feedback and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Set social strategy and own the execution from concept to content calendar.
• Repurpose long-form assets into social-native formats (blogs, guides, webinars).
• Write and manage recurring short-form content for experts and leaders.
• Own and evolve content systems: calendar, briefing templates, brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with demand gen, product, and broader content/communications teams.
