Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a Senior Community Manager to shape the way millions engage with our brand on social media.

You will own the relationship with our audience, identify opportunities to join conversations, write compelling social copy, and ensure timely content across platforms. You will monitor conversations, surface trends, and collaborate with creative, production, and marketing teams to elevate our social presence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in community management or social media for a brand or agency.

Responsibilities

• Own community management across Morgan & Morgan's social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn).
• Engage with audiences; join conversations and find authentic ways for the brand to participate in internet culture.
• Monitor social conversations using listening tools to gauge sentiment and surface opportunities.
• Identify trending moments, memes, creators, and conversations for authentic brand participation.
• Pitch creative content ideas inspired by trends and audience insights.
• Write engaging, platform-native social copy reflecting our brand voice and driving conversation.
• Manage the social content calendar from scheduling to publishing.
• Assist with shoot planning, on-set execution, and creative logistics for content production.
• Occasionally travel for creator collaborations and brand experiences.
• Track competitor activity and share trends, campaigns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with creative, production, influencer, and marketing teams to improve our social presence.
