Crystal Equation Corporation is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist III to own our organic social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit, driving growth and meaningful conversations for a consumer-facing brand.

This hands-on role emphasizes video-led, creator-driven programs, influencer collaboration, and a strong tooling stack to ensure social is integrated from launch to post-performance. Remote or onsite, with full benefits.

Formación

• 5–8 years in organic social strategy with hands-on ownership of content, publishing, and community across multiple channels.
• Deep SEM, Paid Search and Paid Social expertise.
• Agency management & QA rigor — held external partners accountable to SLAs.
• Large-budget management with proven efficiency outcomes.
• Nice to have experience marketing to developer/technical audiences.
• Knowledge of MMPs & mobile attribution.
• Programmatic / DSP experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own organic social strategy and the content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Reddit for our developer audience.
• Build and ship platform-native, video-led content.
• Run community management and response protocols.
• Source, brief, and measure creator/influencer programs.
• Assess and expand our social tooling stack (publishing, listening, community management, creator management, reporting).
• Own recurring performance reporting with in-flight optimizations.
• Partner closely with brand, creative, product marketing, comms, and paid media so social is built into launches from the start.
