PENN Entertainment, Inc. is seeking a highly creative Social Media Manager, Content to lead the social presence for PENN Play and PENN Entertainment. You will personally develop, capture, edit, and publish photography, video, graphics, and social copy.

You’ll partner with Loyalty to translate initiatives into engaging social campaigns, travel to locations, and collaborate with a broader team to drive audience growth and brand storytelling across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, media, or related field; with 5+ years in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or related field.
• Portfolio showing social-first content with video editing and storytelling skills.
• Proven ability to concept, capture, and edit high-quality photography and video content for social media.

Responsibilities

• Strategically plans, produces, and publishes content across PENN Play and PENN Entertainment social platforms.
• Serves as primary hands-on content creator for PENN Play and PENN Entertainment channels.
• Travels to locations and events to capture original social-first content showcasing benefits, partnerships, and brand stories.
• Develops original content concepts and recurring social series aligned with campaigns and business objectives.
• Analyzes and reports social media performance with data-driven insights to optimize strategy and future campaigns.
