Job summary

Synopsys is seeking a Principal SoC Solutions Engineer in Sunnyvale, CA, to lead the integration and deployment of Memory Interface and related IP. You will drive reference designs, subsystem architectures, and silicon readiness across demanding SoC projects.

You will work closely with customers, R&D, and product teams to resolve complex IP challenges, optimize performance, and accelerate time-to-market for next‑generation AI, networking, automotive, and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with Memory Interface IP such as DDR, LPDDR, HBM and related controllers.
• Proven ability to develop reference designs and integrate IP into complex SoCs.
• Track record delivering silicon-proven solutions and enabling customer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical customer engagements for Memory Interface IP integration and bring-up.
• Develop reference designs and subsystem architectures to demonstrate best practices.
• Integrate IP into production SoCs and drive silicon readiness.
• Address IP integration challenges, performance, interoperability, and deployment.
• Serve as the technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
• Provide technical leadership, training, and workshops for customers.
