Synopsys, Inc. in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking a highly experienced Silicon Solutions Engineer focused on Memory Interface IP to lead complex customer engagements and drive successful deployment of DDR, LPDDR, HBM, and related IP.

You will collaborate with customers and internal engineering teams across design flows, bring-up, and post-silicon support, delivering technical guidance and enablement while staying current with evolving standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Memory Interface IP or related Interface IP domains.
• Hands-on silicon bring-up, lab debug, and post-silicon problem solving.
• Strong knowledge of AMBA/AXI and ASIC design flows.
• Proficiency with Linux, Verilog/VHDL, and ASIC development environments.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex customer engagements for integration of Memory Interface PHY IP.
• Drive technical resolution of issues across design environments.
• Interface between customers and internal teams to align requirements.
• Deliver technical presentations and enablement materials.
• Create and improve technical documentation and collateral.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering from field experience.
• Stay current with DDR5, LPDDR6, HBM4, PCIe, UCIe standards.
• Travel up to 15–20% as needed.
