Job summary

NVIDIA's Silicon Co-Design Group is seeking a Senior TPM who can own SoC programs from architecture through tape-out, bring-up, and productization. You will manage schedules, dependencies, and risks while coordinating across silicon, systems, software, and operations from a hands-on perspective.

On-site in Santa Clara is required, with a minimum of three days per week. You will leverage AI-powered tools to improve status signals, risk flags, and dependency tracking, and you will drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field required; master's a plus.
• 12+ years in technical roles with at least 5 years in technical program management for SoC programs.
• Hands-on bring-up, validation, and productization expertise across silicon, systems, and software.
• Ability to coordinate across silicon-system-software boundaries and manage risk early.
• Experience with AI-powered tools that improve program outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own program outcomes end-to-end from architecture through tape-out and bring-up.
• Lead design reviews, surface risks, and drive critical trade-off decisions.
• Coordinate as the main technical link among silicon, systems, software, operations, and marketing.
• Drive risk closure with mitigations and improve execution for future programs.
• Handle silicon hardware logistics to keep validation and bring-up unblocked.
