Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle for the Circuit Solutions Group, spanning pre- and post-silicon execution. You will bridge architectural concepts and physical silicon, driving Arch-to-Silicon schedules and managing complex dependencies across design, verification, physical implementation, and tape-out validation.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; Masters preferred.
• 8+ years of TPM experience with semiconductor design and ASIC/SoC lifecycle.
• Strong fluency in VLSI design cycle, silicon validation and correlation.
• Ability to align multiple teams on a unified execution path and influence technical trade-offs.
• Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills; able to influence senior staff without direct authority.
• Expert-level Smartsheet proficiency with automation and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Bridge architectural concepts and physical silicon to accelerate tape-out cycles.
• Accelerate tape-out cycles by optimizing engineering workflow schedules and tracking Closed-Loop Validation.
• Develop high-fidelity schedules; manage complex dependencies across design, verification, physical implementation and tape-out validation.
• Serve as primary liaison between Circuit Solutions Group and cross-functional partners (VLSI, Architecture, ASIC, Operations, Systems).
• Participate in design reviews and manage change control to balance scope with schedule impacts.
• Lead Closed-Loop Validation by comparing silicon results to simulation assumptions to refine models.
• Oversee post-silicon test plans ensuring coverage of architectural requirements, PVT corners, and critical cases.
• Build Smartsheet dashboards for real-time program health and executive prioritization.
• Codify procedures and use Python to automate lab data ingestion into PM tools.
