Qualifications

• 12+ total years in engineering with 5+ years in management.
• Proven leadership in post-silicon bring-up and productization for complex SoCs/GPUs/ASICs.
• Experience leading first-silicon bring-up, issue triage, and transition to production.
• Deep understanding of digital design, architecture, power, timing, clocking, reset, and HW-SW interactions.
• Strong post-silicon debug/validation with lab execution and data-driven issue management.
• Familiarity with automotive qualification processes like AEC-Q100 when applicable.
• Ability to influence across teams and communicate with senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end post-silicon execution plan from first-silicon power-on to production ramp.
• Drive technical/program execution across architecture, design, verification, firmware, software, boards, systems, and operations.
• Lead bring-up operating model including priorities, staffing, issue triage, metrics, and closure plans for high-risk silicon issues.
• Resolve sophisticated post-silicon issues involving power, clocks, reset, boot, interfaces, performance, reliability, and HW-SW coordination.
• Drive silicon characterization and reliability qualification plans including HTOL, ELFR, package qualification, and consider automotive flows.
• Establish bring-up methodology, test planning, debug readiness, lab readiness, and execution processes to increase speed and quality.
• Communicate readiness, risks, dependencies, and recovery plans with senior leadership and drive decisions.
• Help shape the post-silicon roadmap by applying findings to design, verification, debug architecture, and productization flows.
