Job summary

JFL Consulting, LLC is seeking an Ops Center Manager to lead the combined SOC/NOC at its Springfield, VA location. You will own the operational model, staffing, budget, tooling strategy, and compliance posture for the program, serving as the primary escalation point for P1 incidents and interfacing with executive leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in SOC/NOC, a minimum Secret Clearance, and leadership of 24/7 operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of combined SOC/NOC experience.
• 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Minimum Secret Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations and DoD/NIST compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the 24/7 SOC/NOC operations and staffing.
• Maintain the operational model, budget, and tooling strategy.
• Serve as escalation point for P1 incidents and report to executives.
• Drive hiring plans with HR and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead policy, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
