Revolutional is seeking a SOC Chief to lead the Security Operations Center for a federal cybersecurity program in a government-controlled secure facility. You will own program tracking, risk management, and serve as the primary incident commander during security events, coordinating with government personnel and contractor teams.

You bring 7–10 years in SOC management and incident response, with NEC/NICE framework alignment and required Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7 to 10 years of cybersecurity with demonstrated SOC management and incident response command—required.
• Proven experience as a primary incident commander during active, high-severity security events in a federal or classified environment.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance (Final) required.
• Must work onsite within a government-controlled secure facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SOC activities including cyber defense monitoring, alert triage, incident response, and threat analysis; senior authority for SOC.
• Maintain program tracking: schedules, risk registers, issues; identify risks and drive mitigations.
• Ensure all SOC deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Lead Information Security GAP Analysis; communicate findings and remediation priorities to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary incident commander during active security events and coordinate multi-team response.
