NVIDIA Architecture Modeling group seeks Architects, Functional Modeling Engineers, and Simulation experts to contribute across GPU/SOC architecture teams. You will model, analyze, and validate chip and system architectures, shaping performance and efficiency for datacenter, automotive, and client products.

Join a collaborative team to build platforms for SOCs, guide modeling teams, and work with EDA partners.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in CS/EE or related field, 5+ years experience.
• Strong programming in C++ and C; knowledge of build systems (CMake, Make) and toolchains.
• Experience with SystemC/TLM modeling and related environments.

Responsibilities

• Modeling and analysis of SoC & Systems algorithms across datacenter, automotive, client products.
• Build and deliver platforms for SoCs enabling left-shift for SW teams.
• Collaborate with SOC architects to deliver high-quality functional models for SOC+GPU use cases.
