Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA, seeks a Senior Architect for SOC Modeling to drive modeling and analysis of SoC and System architectures across datacenter, automotive, and client products. You will build platforms for SOCs that help left-shift software milestones.

Work closely with SOC architects and modeling teams to deliver high-quality functional models, and collaborate with EDA partners to align on customer-facing technologies.

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Strong programming ability in C++ and C, plus experience with build systems and libraries.
• Background in Computer Architecture with SystemC & TLM preferred.
• Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Python, and Perl.

Responsibilities

• Modeling and analysis of SoC & Systems algorithms and features across datacenter, automotive, and client products.
• Build and deliver platforms for SoCs that accelerate SW team milestones.
• Collaborate with SOC architects and modeling teams to deliver high-quality functional models for SOC+GPU use cases.
• Coordinate with EDA partners on technologies and interfaces.
• Develop tests, test plans, and testing infrastructure for new architectures/features and code coverage analysis.
• Ensure alignment between NVIDIA’s modeling teams, GPU modeling teams, and overseas teams.
