Job summary

NVIDIA Architecture Modeling group is seeking Architects and Simulation experts to join efforts across GPU generations. You will model GPU architecture and baseboard components, and collaborate across teams to design, develop, analyze, and verify functional simulations.

Requirements include a BS/MS/PhD with 5+ years in related areas, strong C++/C and Python/Perl skills, and experience in SystemC/TLM. Equity and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD or equivalent experience in computing with 5+ years in related areas.
• Proficient in C++, C and scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
• Background in Computer Architecture with modeling (SystemC & TLM preferred).

Responsibilities

• Model GPU architecture, baseboard components and related features.
• Document, design, develop tools to analyze and simulate, and verify models.
• Familiarize with functional and performance simulation models across Nvidia.
• Develop tests, test plans and testing infrastructure for new architectures/features.
• Guide improvements to the simulation platform and expand resources for future GPUs.
• Develop or use AI to assist with day-to-day tasks.
