Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking Architects, Functional Modeling Engineers, and Simulation experts to join the Architecture Modeling group. You will model, analyze, and validate chip and system architectures to push performance and efficiency across GPU/SOC initiatives.

You will work with SOC+GPU use cases, collaborate with EDA partners, and develop tests and infrastructure for new architectures. Equity and benefits accompany the base compensation.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong programming ability: C++, C with build systems (CMAKE, make) and libraries (STL, BOOST).
• Experience in modelling with SystemC & TLM preferred.
• Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, Python, Perl.
• Excellent communication in a distributed team environment.

Responsibilities

• Modeling and analysis of SoC & Systems algorithms across datacenter, automotive, and client products.
• Build and deliver platforms for SOCs enabling left shift for software teams.
• Guide modeling teams to deliver high-quality functional models involving SOC+GPU use cases.
• Collaborate with EDA partners to align on customer-facing technologies.
• Develop tests, test plans, and testing infrastructure for new architectures/features and code coverage analysis.
• Ensure alignment between modeling teams in NVIDIA and international teams.
