Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior SoC Product Architect, Memory Ecosystem, to drive external memory strategy across DRAM and non-volatile memories for data center, automotive, client, and edge platforms. You’ll partner with memory vendors to align roadmaps, influence designs, and co-innovate with suppliers to meet bandwidth, latency, power, and cost targets for future NVIDIA SoCs and systems.

Qualifications

• 18+ years in DRAM/memory subsystem architecture or related roles.
• Deep understanding of DDR/LPDDR/GDDR/HBM and NAND/NVM.
• Proven experience working with memory vendors on product definition and co-development.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with memory vendors to align roadmaps and translate requirements into data-driven requests.
• Steer vendor roadmaps by articulating performance, power, capacity, form-factor and reliability needs.
• Innovate DRAM solutions with new architectures, signaling, packaging and power-management techniques.
• Collaborate with SoC architects, memory controllers and board teams to optimize memory subsystem architectures.
• Represent NVIDIA at vendor reviews and technical meetings, driving clear follow-ups and decisions.
• Work with sourcing, operations and design teams to balance cost, reliability and supply across the ecosystem.
