NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Memory System Architect to join our memory systems team in Durham, NC. You will drive architecture development for memory subsystems within NVIDIA’s SOCs powering AI, autonomous machines, and gaming, collaborating across product teams to optimize performance, power efficiency, and area.

We value deep expertise in caches, DDR/memory controllers, on‑chip interconnects, and fluency in C/C++, Python, and scripting.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in CS, CE, or EE or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years experience in SoC or memory system architecture and performance.
• Deep understanding of memory subsystems: caches, DDR, memory controller, interconnects.
• Exposure to Digital systems and VLSI design, Computer Architecture, C/C++.
• Software development experience in C++, Python and/or Perl. Verilog or SV/UVM a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive development of architecture and micro-architecture for memory systems.
• Model performance and simulate features to improve performance and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed and high-level performance models.
• Analyze benchmarks and workloads to identify tradeoffs in micro-architectural optimizations.
• Debug performance and functional issues with models, RTL, and silicon.
