Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a US Lead Security and Operations (SOC) Analyst to bridge frontline analysts and DART management. You will guide real-time incident response, mentor staff across shifts, and shape incident-response processes. Strong cloud security experience and MITRE ATT&CK knowledge are required.

The role emphasizes operational leadership, cross-team collaboration, and process improvements, with a 9-5 EST/CST/PST schedule in a 24/7 on-call team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a cybersecurity analyst role, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior-level capacity.
• Proven hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, NDR, and DFIR toolsets.
• In-depth understanding of attacker TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK) and strong investigative mindset.
• Experience responding to incidents in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in cross-functional and high-pressure scenarios.
• Ability to guide and inspire analysts of varying experience levels.
• Ability to work 9:00AM-5:00PM EST/CST/PST

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily DART shift activities and ensure adequate coverage.
• Act as escalation point for high-priority security alerts and investigations.
• Conduct QA reviews on tickets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
• Lead handovers and maintain cross-region continuity.
• Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts using SIEM/EDR/NDR.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams during incidents for containment.
• Provide post-incident documentation and recommendations.
• Mentor junior analysts and support onboarding and training.
