Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Lead SOC Analyst to coordinate DART shift operations, guide real-time incident response, and mentor analysts. The role requires expertise with SIEM/EDR/NDR, cloud incident response, and MITRE ATT&CK knowledge.

You will develop playbooks, refine detection content, and contribute to capacity planning and metrics. This remote position supports EST/CST/PST time zones with 5+ years of cybersecurity experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a cybersecurity analyst role with lead/senior experience.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, EDR, NDR, and DFIR toolsets.
• In-depth understanding of attacker TTPs (MITRE ATT&CK).
• Experience responding to incidents in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in cross-functional settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily DART shift activities and manage coverage across regions.
• Monitor, triage, and investigate security alerts using SIEM/EDR/NDR; perform in-depth incident analysis.
• Mentor junior/mid-level analysts and support onboarding and training.
• Contribute to playbooks, detection content, and runbooks; support capacity planning.
• Track KPIs and help prepare incident/talent metrics for leadership.
