Qualifications

• Experience in SOC/MSSP/MDR environments.
• Proficient with SIEM/log-management platforms.
• Experience with EDR tools such as CrowdStrike, Defender, or SentinelOne.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Scripting or development in Python/PowerShell/JavaScript.
• Advanced admin skills with Windows PowerShell and automation tools.
• Experience with SOAR platforms like Cortex XSOAR or Splunk SOAR.
• Familiarity with incident response, threat hunting, forensics, MITRE ATT&CK.
• Cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events across customer environments.
• Investigate and respond to security events to protect customers.
• Perform initial triage to assess severity and impact.
• Investigate activity across endpoints, networks, and cloud.
• Escalate high-risk incidents to senior resources.
• Assist with containment and remediation during incidents.
• Review telemetry, logs, and data to identify anomalies.
• Document investigations and communicate with customers.
• Support day-to-day security operations and processes.
• Suggest improvements to detection and automation across the platform.
• Collaborate with MDR, threat hunting, incident response, and engineering teams.
