Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior SOC Analyst to join our Enterprise Security team in a remote capacity. You will monitor, detect, and analyze security incidents to protect our global digital assets and respond as the first line of defense.

You will collaborate with global teams, leverage AI/ML-informed security controls, and use tools like Chronicle and CrowdStrike Falcon to investigate alerts and mitigate threats while maintaining security posture and incident readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years in a Security Operations Center.
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, firewall, and CrowdStrike Falcon.
• Understanding of networks, operating systems, and endpoint fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events to identify threats.
• Analyze incidents and determine scope and impact.
• Respond promptly following procedures.
• Perform phishing incident analysis.
