Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SOAR Engineer to design and optimize automated security workflows, integrating SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, and cloud security across diverse environments.

You will collaborate with SOC, incident response, threat intelligence, and engineering teams to mature security operations through automation and orchestration, while mentoring junior staff and driving best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field with 2–4 years of relevant security automation or SOAR experience.
• Hands-on exposure to enterprise SOAR platforms (XSOAR, Splunk Phantom, Sentinel, etc.).
• Experience with REST APIs, web services, SDKs, and custom integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated security workflows and playbooks.
• Integrate security tools and data sources across SOC, IR, and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to security automation standards.
