Job summary

AHEAD builds platforms for digital business and specializes in security automation within a 24/7 SOC. The SOAR and AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize automation workflows across SOAR, SIEM, and AI-assisted operations to harden client environments.

You'll collaborate with Managed Security staff, integrate tools, and apply AI to improve speed, consistency, and incident response quality while ensuring auditability and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS, information security, or related field.
• Experience with SOAR platforms in enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to automate security workflows with AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain security automation workflows in SOAR.
• Create automated playbooks for alert triage and case management.
• Integrate SOAR with SIEM, ticketing, and collaboration tools.
• Apply AI-enabled workflows to improve analyst efficiency.
• Monitor platform health and optimize automation performance.
