Job summary

EY is seeking a SOAR Engineering Manager to lead design, delivery, and optimization of security automation solutions. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, translate client needs into actionable plans, and ensure high-quality outcomes across SOC operations and incident response.

This role requires strong leadership, enterprise SOAR experience, and a track record of delivering scalable automation in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/related field and 6–10 years in security automation or SOAR.
• Experience leading enterprise SOAR design and delivery.
• Hands-on with enterprise SOAR platforms (e.g., Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, Sentinel).
• Strong scripting experience and API integration knowledge.
• Knowledge of SOC processes and cross-technology integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOAR engagements from discovery through deployment.
• Advise on automation strategy, governance, and platform selection.
• Own solution architecture and ensure scalable, secure designs.
• Develop playbooks for incident triage, enrichment, and remediation.
• Oversee integrations across SIEM, EDR/XDR, cloud security, and IAM.
