Job summary

ValueMomentum is seeking a senior data platform professional to design and optimize Snowflake-based data pipelines and warehouses in a cloud environment. The role requires extensive Snowflake expertise, PySpark development, and strong collaboration with business teams.

You will lead governance, security, and performance initiatives while mentoring junior engineers and guiding architectural decisions. Insurance domain experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5–7+ years in Snowflake.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Snowflake and PySpark.
• Experience building enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• P&C Insurance domain experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Snowflake data platforms and pipelines.
• Develop PySpark-based ETL/ELT solutions.
• Integrate Snowflake with AWS/Azure services.
• Implement data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable data solutions.
• Mentor team members and provide architectural guidance.
