Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Snowflake/Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize a cloud data platform powering analytics and BI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Infra, Platform, Analytics, and Product to advance data engineering initiatives.

The role focuses on performance optimization, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines, and modern cloud architectures using Snowflake, Python, Kafka, and cloud services. A strong emphasis on governance and security is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in data/DB/cloud platform engineering.
• Strong SQL and performance tuning for large datasets.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Python development or scripting experience.
• Snowpark experience preferred.
• Kafka/streaming architectures preferred.
• Azure/AWS cloud experience.
• RBAC, governance, security, enterprise data architecture.
• Agile software engineering experience.
