Job summary

SYSGRATION AMERICA CORPORATION in Plano, TX seeks an experienced SMT/PCBA engineer to develop, implement and optimize manufacturing processes for high-quality electronic assemblies.

You will lead reflow profiles, line balancing, and process validation, while supporting NPI and production launches. Collaborate with Quality, Production and Supply Chain to improve reliability and throughput.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of SMT/PCBA engineering experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of SMT processes, PCB assembly, and IPC standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain SMT/PCBA manufacturing processes.
• Support SMT lines including stencil printing, SPI, P&P, reflow, AOI, and selective/wave solder.
• Optimize programming, feeders, machine utilization, and line balancing for efficiency.
• Lead RCA and corrective actions for manufacturing and quality issues.
• Create and maintain work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and change docs.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
