Job summary

NEOTech in Longmont, CO is seeking an electronics assembler to perform PCB assembly using magnified-work, small tools, and a soldering iron. Primary tasks include soldering, inspecting, and following precise workmanship standards on printed circuit boards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7+ years soldering experience.
• Must pass IPC standards and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to ESD requirements and board handling.
• Perform soldering of fine pitch parts and through-hole devices per specs.
• Melts and applies solder to joints using a soldering iron.
• Inspect products for workmanship conformance.
• Follow ISO standards and 6S objectives; support QA systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
