Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-specific process development projects from concept to obsolescence.
• Develop scope of technical work, coordinate the team and direct assignments for the full product life cycle.
• Set yearly plans and department objectives; provide regular performance evaluations and feedback.
