Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Senior Analyst of Digital Messaging to lead SMS and WhatsApp programs across the customer lifecycle.

This hybrid Orlando role entails partnering with marketing, analytics, product, and technology teams to optimize messaging and drive engagement, lead generation, and conversion. The position emphasizes platform health, scalable workflows, and compliance with TCPA, GDPR, and CAN-SPAM.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, messaging programs, CRM, or lifecycle engagement.
Experience running or supporting SMS or WhatsApp channels preferred.
Travel/Hospitality or Membership experience is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience interpreting digital performance data.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the SMS and WhatsApp messaging strategy to support lead generation, customer engagement, and lifecycle goals.
Implement scalable messaging workflows, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution.
Monitor platform health by tracking deliverability, data flows, opt-in quality, and message performance.
Collaborate with marketing, brand, paid media, segmentation, and analytics teams for aligned messaging.
Build dashboards and insights to guide decisions and improve channel performance.
