Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Senior Analyst of Digital Messaging in Orlando. The role oversees strategy, performance, and optimization of SMS and WhatsApp programs, partnering with marketing, analytics, product, and tech teams to deliver engaging, compliant messaging across the customer lifecycle.

This hybrid position is onsite in Orlando on Monday–Wednesday and remote Thursday–Friday, with opportunities to lead channel health, growth, and multi-channel alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, messaging programs, CRM, or lifecycle engagement.
• Experience running or supporting SMS or WhatsApp channels preferred.
• Travel/Hospitality or Membership experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SMS and WhatsApp messaging strategy to support lead generation and lifecycle goals.
• Implement scalable messaging workflows with compliance and timely execution.
• Maintain platform health by monitoring deliverability and data flows.
• Analyze delivery, engagement, and conversion data to identify optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and technology teams for aligned campaigns.
• Build dashboards and reports to guide decisions and improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with TCPA, GDPR, CAN-SPAM and partner regulations.
