Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in digital marketing, messaging programs, CRM, or lifecycle engagement.
• Experience with SMS/WhatsApp channels preferred.
• Hospitality or membership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage SMS and WhatsApp messaging strategy to support lead generation and lifecycle goals.
• Monitor deliverability, data flows, opt-in quality, and message performance.
• Collaborate with marketing, analytics, product, and technology teams to optimize experiences.
