LILT seeks experienced Subject Matter Experts for an AI benchmarking project, working as independent contractors. You will create realistic Japanese/English language scenarios rooted in Japanese operations, and review responses to ensure accuracy, quality, and professional standards.

Applicants bring native-level Japanese and strong English, 5+ years in professional services or related fields, and a background across accounting, IT, legal, PM, or software development.

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management.
• Background in roles such as Accounting & Auditing, IT/Information Systems, Legal Practice, PM, Software Development, Technology Consulting, or Enterprise Operations.
• Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory/compliance requirements, technical operations, and Indian business environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Japanese or English grounded in Japanese contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, and project coordination tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, professional standards, and operational realism.
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian professional services, legal ops, accounting, PM, and tech environments.
