Job summary

LILT is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert to support a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Japanese corporate, legal, financial, and technology environments. You will create and review realistic scenarios that reflect operational, analytical, legal, and project management challenges across consulting, technology, and professional services.

As an independent contractor, you’ll set your schedule, work remotely, and contribute to gold-standard solutions used by enterprises

Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Professional Services, Technology, Legal Services, Accounting, Audit, Consulting, or Project Management.
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Accounting & Auditing, IT or Information Systems Management, Legal Practice, Project Management, Software Development, Technology Consulting, Enterprise Operations, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong understanding of professional service workflows, regulatory and compliance requirements, technical operations, project delivery methodologies, and Indian business environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Professional and Technical Services scenarios in Japanese or English grounded in Japanese operational contexts (e.g., financial audits, software development workflows, IT operations, legal documentation, project delivery, stakeholder communication, compliance reviews)
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for analytical reasoning, technical problem-solving, project coordination, and professional decision-making tasks
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, professional standards, technical quality, and operational realism
• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions reflecting best practices across Indian professional services, legal operations, accounting, project management, and technology environments
