Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5–7+ years of high-level field sales experience with executive engagement.
• 3+ years in building technologies or construction ecosystem.
• Experience selling complex, multi-solution deals and leading at the executive level.

Responsibilities

• Own and close large, sophisticated new construction deals across diverse markets.
• Lead executive-level conversations to shape building technology strategies.
• Drive adoption of integrated, future-ready smart building solutions.
• Expand opportunities by bundling equipment, services, and long-term solutions.
• Become a strategic advisor to owners and their representatives throughout the lifecycle.
