Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Building Account Executive – New Construction to lead multi‑million dollar projects across healthcare campuses, airports, stadiums and universities. You’ll own the pipeline, drive executive conversations, and architect end‑to‑end building solutions integrating HVAC, fire, security, controls, and OpenBlue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture) or equivalent experience.
• 5–7+ years of high-level field sales experience with executive engagement.
• 3+ years in building technologies or construction ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of construction lifecycle, delivery models, and stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading and closing complex, multi-solution deals.
• Ability to design turnkey, integrated solutions for customers.
• Proven ability to influence C-level decision-makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
