RealPage is seeking a Senior Enablement Strategist to drive Smart Building growth within existing accounts and new multifamily prospects across the United States. You will align marketing, demand generation, SDRs, sales, and operations to craft go-to-market strategies and build qualified pipeline.

This role emphasizes disciplined execution, measurable accountability, and strong cross-functional collaboration with the Smart Building VP of Sales, demand teams, and partners to accelerate

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in sales enablement or go-to-market programs with measurable outcomes.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with senior visibility.
• Experience building dashboards, scorecards, and operating cadences to improve accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Smart Building go-to-market strategies across existing RealPage customers and net-new prospects.
• Partner with sales leadership and demand generation to drive customer engagement and solution adoption.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify high-value prospects and strategic segments.
• Establish and manage a structured opportunity development process across customer segments.
• Build relationships with sales, owners, operators, and partners to increase awareness and adoption of Smart Building solutions.
