Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Smart Building initiatives. You will own product initiatives across Access and IoT, defining scope, PRDs, and success metrics while collaborating with engineering and UX to deliver high-quality features.

The role emphasizes operator workflows, resident expectations, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Channel to drive market success.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• General knowledge of access control hardware and credential ecosystems (BLE/NFC/RFID).
• Experience owning a product from strategy to post-launch iteration.

Responsibilities

• Fully own assigned product initiatives: define scope, impact, PRD alignment with engineering.
• Translate insights into well-scoped product requirements; write PRDs per RealPage standards.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UX, QA to ship features on time and with high quality.
• Define and monitor product KPIs and drive data-informed iterations.
• Represent voice of managers, maintenance teams, and residents across stakeholder groups.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales and Channel for go-to-market messaging.
