The Terrace of Delray Beach Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team in Delray Beach, FL. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders, developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other therapists.

This role requires a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, active FL license, and at least one year of experience.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state license in speech language pathology.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assess and diagnose communication and swallowing disorders in patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills.
• Provide speech and language therapy services, including cognitive rehabilitation, swallowing therapy, and voice therapy.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Conduct evaluations and progress reports to document patient outcomes and treatment effectiveness.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and progress.
• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in speech language pathology.
