Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Casino industry experience preferred.
• IN Gaming License LEVEL 2 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with training of Slot Technicians.
• Supervise repairs and maintenance of slot machines.
• Assist with managing departmental projects (slot moves, modifications, upgrades, installations).
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on slot equipment.
• Verify peripheral devices are up to date and functioning.
• Perform input/output tests on slot equipment.
• Ensure security of all slot equipment and games.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose and repair slot machine issues.
• Identify makes/models of slot cabinets and related gaming equipment.
• Respond promptly to slot personnel and guest needs.
• Change table game layouts as required.
• Troubleshoot BVs and ancillary devices (ticket printers, ATMs, vending, kiosks).
• Maintain preventative maintenance on table game shufflers and related equipment.
• Perform general repairs on slots and table games equipment.
