Job summary

Bally's Evansville is seeking a qualified Slot Technician team member to join our casino operations. You will assist with training slot technicians, supervise repairs and maintenance of slot machines, and drive projects such as movements, upgrades, and installations during shifts.

The role requires routine preventative maintenance, testing of slot equipment, and ensuring all devices function correctly. Expect a dynamic environment with strong customer service and compliance with Indiana gaming

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and problem solving skills required.
• Experience in casino environments preferred.
• Ability to read and follow regulatory and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently assist with training Slot Technicians.
• Assist supervision of repairs and maintenance of slot machines.
• Manage departmental projects such as slot movements, modifications, upgrades, and installations during the shift.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on slot equipment.
• Check peripheral devices are up to date and functioning properly.
• Troubleshoot and repair slot machine issues to maintain functionality.
• Ensure security of all slot equipment and games.
• Stand and walk 7+ hours, work with crowds and under smoky conditions.
