Job summary

Bally's Evansville in Indiana is seeking a slot technician to efficiently assist with training, supervise repairs, and manage slot movements, upgrades, and installations during shifts. You will perform preventative maintenance, verify peripherals, troubleshoot slot and table game equipment, ensure security, and deliver excellent customer service in a lively gaming setting.

This on-site role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays and weekends, with on-the-job training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Casino industry knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist training of Slot Technicians.
• Supervise repairs and maintenance of slot machines.
• Manage departmental projects such as slot movements, modifications, upgrades, and installations.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on slot equipment.
• Verify peripheral devices are up to date and functioning.
• Conduct input/output tests on slot equipment.
• Ensure security of all slot equipment and games.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair slot machine issues.
• Identify makes, models and manufacturers of slot cabinets and related equipment.
• Respond to needs of slot personnel and guests.
• Change table game layouts as needed.
• Troubleshoot miscellaneous devices such as ticket printers, bill acceptors, ATMs, and kiosks.
• Perform preventative maintenance on table game shufflers and related equipment.
• Perform general repairs on slot and table games equipment.
• Maintain vision requirements and provide excellent customer service in a fun gaming environment.
• Follow Indiana Gaming regulations and internal controls.
• Work in environments with smoke, noise, and large crowds.
