Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino Resort is seeking a Slot Technician to maintain electronic gaming devices and support the ongoing maintenance program. You will perform repairs on slot machines, ATMs, kiosks, and related equipment on the casino floor, ensuring all devices are clean and operating.

The role requires a basic electronics background, HS diploma, and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to log work orders and comply with Title 31 and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Six months of slot machine repair or equivalent experience.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of electronics.
• Basic math skills and computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of the setup of slot and video machines and player tracking systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and management.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs/maintenance on all slot machines and related equipment.
• Move slot machines and assist with installations, conversions, and removals. Install and remove signage.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of completed work and complete work order log entries.
• Be present on the casino floor to address problems with slot machines as they occur and assist others with technical issues.
• Maintain clean, safe working areas and comply with department policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of video and slot machines and related equipment.
