Job summary

University of California- Davis Health seeks a Senior Polysomnographic Technologist to perform advanced diagnostic sleep studies for inpatients and outpatients. You will score and interpret sleep data to support accurate diagnosis and treatment, while delivering patient-centered care.

Under clinical direction, you will support laboratory operations, provide backup administrative tasks, and foster a welcoming environment that promotes excellent patient experiences and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) status or eligibility.
• BLS/CPR certification required by AHA/Red Cross or UC Davis Health.
• Licensed by the Medical Board of California as a Polysomnographic Technologist or must obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostic and therapeutic sleep studies for inpatients and outpatients across the lifespan.
• Score and interpret sleep study data with accuracy to support diagnosis and treatment.
• Provide front office and administrative support for the clinical team and ensure a compassionate patient experience.
